I invite you to come in for a free 20 minute consultation in order to see what counselling is like. Be assured, this is completely confidential and there will be not pressure for you to attend follow-up sessions. During this consultation, I want the two of us to get to know each other better.

Length & Frequency of Sessions
After our initial consultation, individual sessions run for 50 minutes. Sessions usually take place on a weekly basis. Most clients spend between 3-10 sessions in counselling.
